Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

To order with credit card or bank account -- Click on "Add To Cart" next to the item you wish to order.  You will be then be forwarded to your secure shopping cart.  There you can change the quantity of the item if you choose.  Click on "Update Cart" after changing the number.  Click on "Continue Shopping" to order more items, or "Check Out" to complete your order.

To order by mail -- Print the mail order form, fill out completely, and mail with your check or money order.  (If you don't have a printer to print the mail order form, you can write your order information on a piece of paper.)  Make sure to include your email address in case we need to contact you.

 

What methods of payment can I use for my order?

We accept credit cards and E-checks using Paypal as our payment processor.  A Paypal account is not necessary.  Just click on "Add To Cart" next to the items you wish to order, then checkout, and fill in your payment and shipping address information.  (Note:  E-Checks take approximately 4 business days to process.)

We also accept personal checks and money orders by mail (U.S. orders only).  You can print the Mail Order Form to send with your payment by mail.
 
 
Do you ship outside the United States?
 
Our website is set for within the U.S. and Canada, and military mail.  All others can Email Us for a shipping quote.  Tell us in the email what items and how many you would like to order, and the destination of the order.  We will then email you a shipping quote and invoice to complete your order.

When I click on "Add To Cart" nothing happens.  Where is my shopping cart?
 
If you have Popup Blocker on your computer set to the high setting, your Shopping Cart may not pop up after you click on "Add To Cart" by the item you are purchasing.  To remedy this you can hold down on the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard as you click on "Add To Cart".  (Remembering this little trick will also help you on other websites on the internet, without having to reset your popup blocker.)
 
 
What is Paypal?
 
Paypal is a fast and secure payment method used by companies and customers worldwide.  With Paypal you can make your purchases with major credit cards, debit card, or E-Check.  You do not need a Paypal account to order.  Paypal uses the industry's most advanced encryption to insure the security of your payment information.  We are a Verified Paypal Member.
 
 
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Watches, key rings, charm tools, sale items, and bracelets and necklaces without personalization or photos will ship within 48-hours (excluding Sundays and Postal Service holidays).  Orders which include Italian charms, bracelets, purse hangers, and necklaces with personalization or photos will ship within 7-days.

 

Do you offer wholesale Italian charms?

We offer standard enamel Italian charms and Italian charm starter bracelets at wholesale prices.  See the wholesale Italian charms page for more information.  

 

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes, we do.  Create a gift certificate in any amount you like.  You can either print it to give personally or have it emailed on the date you specify.  Click the link below for gift certificates.
