Medical Italian Charms - Medical Bracelets

The medical Italian charms and emergency medical bracelets can be personalized with any medical conditions or medications you choose.  We will put the words of your choice on a medical bracelet or Italian charm.  Our medical jewelry is stylish and durable. 

All of our medical charms are compatible with standard size Italian charm modular link jewelry.  The superlink Italian charm is twice the length of the standard size Italian charm.  The mega Italian charm is twice the height and width of the standard Italian charms, and is available in two styles.  The Mega Single fits into a single standard size Italian charm bracelet.  The Mega Double connects two standard size Italian charm bracelets together for a double bracelet look.

MEDICAL MEGA CHARM  - $17       Choose a mega charm style from the drop down menu, type the words you would like on your charm in the box below, then add to cart.  The 'mega single will fit into a single standard size Italian charm bracelet.  The 'mega double' will connect two bracelets together.  (Where the medical emblem is placed will depend on how many words will be on the charm.)

Medical-Alert.JPG MEDICAL BRACELET - $18        This Italian charm bracelet includes 18 standard size blank links and one personalized superlink.  Type the words you would like on the superlink in this bracelet and add to cart.  (20 characters and spaces maximum.)  Approximate size of this bracelet is 7 1/2-inches around and 3/8-inch in width.  The bracelet stretches to fit over your hand.  Remove charm links to make bracelet smaller, or add Italian charms to lengthen.  We will include an instruction sheet on how to add and remove links with your bracelet order.  If you need the bracelet to be larger Email Us or add a note to your order in the payment section of order checkout.

This Italian charm bracelet includes 18 standard size blank bracelet links and one personalized mega charm.  This bracelet will fit up to a 7 1/2-inch wrist.  Remove links to make bracelet smaller or add Italian charms to lengthen.  The bracelet stretches to fit over your hand.  We will include an instruction sheet on how to add and remove Italian charms.  If you need your bracelet to be larger Email Us or add a note in the payment section of order checkout.  Type the words of your choice in the box below and add to cart (40 characters and spaces maximum on this charm).  Where the medical emblem is placed will depend on how many words will be on the charm.
