What payment methods can I use to order?
Online Orders: We accept credit cards, debit cards,
E-checks, and Paypal accounts. You do not need a Paypal account to order. (Note: E-checks
take approximately 3-5 business days to process.) To order just click on "add to cart" by any items
you with to purchase. You can also change the quantity in your cart if you wish to purchase more of any item.
Click on "Continue Shopping" to order more items. The items in your cart will be saved. When you
are finished shopping click on "proceed to checkout" within your shopping cart. If you need any help ordering

Mail Orders: We accept checks
and money orders by mail (U.S. only). Click here for the MAIL ORDER FORM. Print the form, fill out completely, then send with your check or money order to the address
provided at the bottom of the mail order from page. (Credit card orders need to be done online for the
best security.)

Paypal is a fast and secure payment method used by customers
and companies worldwide. Paypal uses the industry's most advanced encryption to insure the security of your
payment information. We are a Verified Paypal Member.
How do I add Italian
charms to a bracelet?
See the About Our Products page for photos showing how Italian charms work. We also include a step by step instruction sheet with each
Italian charm bracelet, keyring, watch, and necklace ordered.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes,
we ship to Canada. Please email us at charms@northwestcharms.com for a shipping cost. Let us know which items and how many you wish to order. We will email you with the shipping
amount for your order. After you okay the amount we will then email you an invoice with a link to the payment area to
complete your order.

How
long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Online
orders will ship within 7-days. During the Christmas holiday season orders may take a couple of days longer.
Items that we don't make such as sale Italian charms, watches, mood Italian charms, starter Italian charm bracelets,
and keyrings can ship sooner. Mail orders paid for with a check will ship as soon as the check has cleared.

When I click on "Add To Cart"
I don't see my shopping cart. Where is it?
If you have Popup Blocker on your computer set to the high setting, your Shopping Cart might not come up. To
remedy this you can hold down on the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard as you click on "Add
To Cart". Remembering this little trick will help you on websites on the internet without having to reset
your popup blocker.
