Canada. Please email us at charms@northwestcharms.com for your shipping cost. Let us know which items and how many you wish to order so we can calculate your shipping
amount. When you okay the amount, we will then email you an invoice with a link to the payment area to complete
your order. Please be aware that some packages can take two weeks to arrive after we have shipped when going
through customs.

sale page, mood Italian charms, birthstone Italian charms, Disney Italian charms, watches, magnetic bracelets, and
jewelry without personalization ship within 2-business days, excluding holidays. All other Italian
charms and personalized jewelry ship within 7-days. Note: Orders may take longer during the Christmas
holiday season.

To Order Online: If you are interested in purchasing
anything on this site, you may do so by adding the items to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American
Express, E-Check, and Paypal account online. We use Paypal to process credit cards. There is no need
to have a Paypal account to order.
Mail
Order: You may also order by mail with personal check or money order. For orders by mail,
print our MAIL ORDER FORM, fill in completely, and mail with your check or money order to the address provided on the
order form. You may also send photographs for Italian charms by mail.

Contact information including email address, telephone
number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes
information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers and expiration dates
is used by Paypal solely to bill the customer for their order. This information is encrypted within the Paypal
system. The only information Paypal sends us is your order, mailing address, and email address.
Return Policy:
We guarantee all of our products. We check each order before it is shipped for quality and accuracy.
If however, you do receive a wrong or defective item please email us immediately for instructions on how to return the item
for an exchange or refund.
